Not just for motorcycle helmets. These work perfectly in my snowboard helmet. Super flat design makes sure these can sneak into the tightest ear flaps. Remote feels and works just like iphone remote/mic. Cord could be a bit longer. Sound is great out of the box – hope it maintains.

These head phones are really simple to use in your helmet! They come with a velcro backing so it will stick to the insides of your ear ports inside your helmet. I really like the little thumb controller for the sound volume/pause button. It makes it so you can fast foward, pause, increase/decrease the volume without ever having to pull your ipod out of your pocket. All you have to do is take a glance in your mirror and see the toggle controller under your chin strap, and do what you need with your free hand while cruising. The volume was great…it was like having surround sound in my helmet!! ..granted I’m wearing a full face helmet..but still…I really could hear the music well at 70+mph on the expressway. Only con is that the wires get tangled sometimes, because they give nice long cords for you to use…so maybe some kind of wire tie would be useful.

Was kinda leary about buying these…but was pleasantly surprised when the functioned as good as or better then the stock Apple earbuds. The Velcro having is a nice touch and easily attached to my helmet straps. I can hear the music/GPS at 80 mph over fairly loud pipes wearing a 3/4 helmet.

Awesome. I got tired of my earbuds that wouldn’t stay in when I put my helmet on (so I ended up using medical tape to tape them in) or the earbuds getting ripped out of my ears when I took my helmet off instead until I found these. I have these in my HJC FG helmet on my CBR and they work perfect for either music or maps. I don’t even feel them in the helmet so they fit awesome.

I installed these speakers in my full face helmet and they work perfect. I have a jardine GP1 exhaust (really loud) and I can still hear my music and calls clearly. It will take some work getting the speakers in the right spot but once they are you’ll love it. I didn’t use the velcro that come on with the speakers, the speakers stick to the helmet lining without the velcro. I taped the mic on the front wall of my helmet and let the rest of the wire hang inside my jacket. Also word of advice, your speakers may be mounted close to your straps like mine so what i do is hold the speakers with my thumbs when putting the helmet on that way my ears slide right over them. But overall for the price and the quality can’t beat it, most definately better then spending 100$ for the actual bluetooth divice.

I bought these speakers last year for the end of the snowboarding season. The sound is not bad and the Velcro is a nice feature as it sticks well to the inside of my snowboards helmet. But within three uses the volume control completely stopped working. I opened the volume control up and found the the wires had completely come loose. The two stars are for them breaking so fast.

These are okay ear pieces. I have an HJC Full Face Helmet, and I ride a 1200 Sportster that is plenty loud on it’s own. Once I found the right placement in the helmet for these, they produce plenty of quality sound at 55-60 mph, which is really the max comfortable speed on my bike.
At first they were just so so. But once I was able to place them in the correct position for my ears, they were good. They aren’t the best fit with my helmet, but I don’t blame it on the ear pieces necessarily. I really wish I could find a helmet with the ear pieces built in. But for the money these are pretty good. And I’m a critical person when it comes to good sound.

My husband has a fairly loud exhaust on his motorcycle. Rode with these in my full face helmet today at 75mph on the interstate. There was more than enough volume to hear above the wind and exhaust noise.
