Received a refund. Didn’t work as advertised.

Functionality not what I expected

Nice with any helmet

I love love these headphones….they fit good really loud and clear when talking and listening to music. I am going to order my husband a pair.

Poor sound quality. I have several other Sena comm units, but these are not comparable. I sent these back.

It lasted not even two months before the plastic broke. My guess is my head is too big for it. Couldn’t wear it for more than 30 minutes otherwise it started hurting my ears.I used it to listen to music while running and riding my motorcycle. It won’t fit under a helmet.Amazon won’t accept it as a return since over 30 days. So far Sena hasn’t assigned my support request that I opened yesterday at noon.Other then weak plastic construction the sound is good. Music got plenty loud to ride fast and still hear, but could never heard incoming calls loud enough. Turn it on and it auto-syncs to my phone via Bluetooth so no fiddling with my smartphone was required after the initial sync.

Quality of sound is pretty darn good. However, the fit is terrible and not very comfortable at all. But maybe I’ve got a weird shaped head and funny ears. I suggest, if possible, that you find a brick and mortar store that carries them and try them on. You may think the fit is perfect. It doesn’t matter how well the unit functions if it doesn’t stay in place on your head. I returned this unit to Amazon (they’re great in that regard) and purchased instead Sena’s SMH10-10 bluetooth intercom/headset which is 5 stars without question.

Oh, no! I’ve used Sena’s SPH-10 for years and am a huge fan . I’m hearing impaired and ride horses with a trainer. It wouldn’t be possible for me to ride without the SP-10. It’s user friendly and rugged. I’m sure they can be broken as they are plastic, but we’ve never broken one. With 5 sets in use in different locations, only 1 was DOA for no reason after 1.5 years…we treat ’em rough riding in the rain. When I recently saw the “EXPAND-01” model, I ordered a pair right away. This model is an updated, better looking model than the SPH-10. The microphone is a bit shorter and stout. I hoped it would be better than the SPH-10. The EXPAND is a disaster for one reason….wind noise. My trainer was standing still with and 8 to 10 mph breeze. I was riding. The wind noise/sensitivity was so bad, we were not able to hear each other 1/2 the time. We switched back to the SPH-10 and the problems disappeared. Stick with the SPH-10. I still haven’t found anything better.
