This Holyton HT25 is amazing for it’s size! I’ve included a few still pictures, and one video, taken by it during a flight. I hope the final resolution is not degraded too much by loading it up to this review. The pics, and the video look really good on my iphone. It’s such a small drone (see picture of me holding it), but has a low and a high speed for flight, which allows it to handle at least some winds. It will hold altitude pretty good, but, remember, you must fly it at all times if there is any breeze at all, since, at this price range, you don’t have built-in GPS to hold it in place. So, don’t get to looking at the picture from the drone to your phone screen so long that you let it drift away from you! I speak from experience…..I had a small crash into my shed….drone fell about 7 feet, hit the ground, a propeller came off….I found the propeller, simply pushed it back onto the shaft with my finger, and was able to fly the drone immediately without problems! So, it also seems pretty durable. I had no problems downloading and using the app. You can scan a page in the instruction book to get the app easy enough. The instruction book is clear and easy to understand. You can see in the picture what all comes with this little drone….a phone holder that attaches to the controller and held my iPhone SE easily (it expands to about 3 1/4″), 2 batteries, 2 battery charging cables (USB), extra props with tool to remove them, prop guards, and, of course, the drone itself and the remote controller, and instruction book. The range of flight is said to be about 98 feet. I didn’t test that out, because I don’t want to lose the drone of crash it again. Although, I probably had it a good 75’+ distance away from me. It does other stuff that you may, or may not, be interested in…..like a flip, voice controls, hand gestures for taking pictures, flight path drawn in app, etc. What I find it useful for is being able to very easily transport and quickly get it into the air for some fairly close aerial photos or videos of the subject of interest. The camera lens on the front of the drone, is adjustable about 30 degrees downward from straight forward. I would say that for my use of this drone, at this price, it is a very good deal. I don’t think of it as a real beginner drone for taking pictures/videos, but, you can fly it without the app, just the drone and the remote, for fun, and for a good learning experience for beginners. It does have “headless” mode that could be turned on to allow a beginner to get used to flying before switching that mode off. You should make yourself very familiar with flying this drone and the remote control buttons before trying to use it for taking aerial pictures/videos. Overall, a very good, super small….yet powerful….drone for the money!

Brand NEW Model HT25 from Holyton. It’s Foldable and Voice or Gesture Control. It has a 720P HD camera. You can fly it using FPV, First Person View, so that you see on your phone what the drone camera sees in real time. One key takeoff and landing, altitude Hold and 3D flips are possible.
The HT25 comes with Remote Control, 2 x 3.85V 730mAh Modular Lithium Battery, 2 USB Charging Cables, 1 Wind leaf screwdriver, 4 Additional Propellers, Instructions, 4 Propeller Guards & a Phone holder.
Fly time is about 10 or 11 minutes per battery. Range is advertised as 98.43 ft but I did not verify.
I did test the Throw to go, Gravity Sensor Mode, 360* Flip, Emergency Stop.
All these features worked great. My conclusion is that the HT25 is a Great little package for the money. I would recommend it for anyone wanting their first Drone or a small foldable one with all the latest technology.
    I gave it 5 Stars

This is a cool little drone that I received from Holyton. It came with the standard accessories and looks really cool. The form factor is tiny, but it still includes features like wifi app connectivity, video, photos, voice control, and hand gestures. Overall, it flies really well for a drone of this caliber and I really like it. I highly recommend for anyone shopping for a micro drone like this. Please see my video for unboxing and initial flight.

I don’t have the best hand-eye coordination so I had my doubts about getting a drone but now I’m all-in! With minimal knowledge of drones, I picked up the controls pretty easy.

One button launches the drone into the air at about 5 feet where it hovers and waits for direction. Up, down, forward, back, turn left, turn right seems confusing but I started with just forward and back, side to side.

Got the hang of that in the first battery. It has two speeds, it starts in regular, then just push down on the left stick, it will beep twice, then it moves much quicker. It is very responsive in regular mode but if there is a breeze, I’d increase the speed.

Start out in an open area where you have plenty of room, it does have a panic (land) button so you don’t have to worry about losing it. It will also land itself if it gets out of range.

Once I got comfortable with flying, I connected my phone and took some pictures. The first is my job site and the second is a park I was at today. The camera is pretty good, the best pics are when it is hovering. It’s hovering above my head, just out of Bella’s reach in that third pic.

I would highly recommend this drone to anyone new and interested in the hobby. I normally try stuff, break it, then quit but not this time. The drone has handled some heavy abuse from my learning curve as well as getting mauled by my dogs and is still going strong. Be patient and have fun!
