The motorcycle camera track tour videos are a nice touch.
I would like actually the entire races rather than a cut down version of each – hence one star off.

I love this DVD. I missed most of the season due to work but, this DVD made up for it. I’ve watched it over and over again. This has set the standard by which all other reviews I watch will be compared too.

The DVD covers the 2010 MotoGP racing season and some behind the scenes access. Jorge Lorenzo gives an interview covering his crowning as the 2010 champion. The lap of each track is separate from the racing action. The DVD covers the start of each race and the action as it transpires on the track. The announcers try to keep your interest peaked as the action continues through the race. It seems that sometimes that they are cheering for their own favorites quite often instead of giving neutral coverage. I enjoyed viewing it and my favorite riders were featured in each race enough to my liking.

It’s the only source for capturing the MotoGp season, but they could have added so much more. Why none of the post-race interviews? Why not some information on the racers and their motorcycles. There are on-board runs of each track, but a comentary by a rider on the subtlies of each track would have been great. As is, we get highlights from each race. Period. Nice when one has a monopoly on the material, isn’t it?

Nicely compressed review of the overall 2010 season. I felt that I was watching each race, but in a shorter timespan. I don’t have cable access to motoGP so this was the next best thing. In fact, I liked it better because I could rewind parts and see where and how passes were made!
